Our Shower Swap Package includes:
- Removal and disposal of existing tub/shower and surround
- Repair and replace any damaged or rotting subflooring or framing
- Installation of a new Sterling tub/shower unit in white, set in a bed of cement to ensure no movement
- Installation of a new valve with trim, tub spout and shower head in chrome
- Patch in unit to existing walls with moisture resistant sheetrock and a coat of joint compound
